Tasklic provides cloud-based business software that helps organizations manage employees, human resources, payroll, projects, tasks, documents, signatures, attendance, leave, assets, tickets, jobs, expenses, invoices, payments, and related business operations.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the rights that may be available to you. Because Tasklic is a business-to-business platform, some information stored in Tasklic belongs to our customers and is processed by Tasklic on their behalf. In those circumstances, the organization that created or administers your Tasklic account may be responsible for determining why your information is collected and how it is used. This Privacy Policy should therefore be read together with the applicable Tasklic Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, customer agreement, and other contractual terms that may apply.
The distinction matters.For example, if your employer uses Tasklic to manage employee records, your employer may determine what employee information is entered into Tasklic and why it is used. When you use Tasklic, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information.This helps us operate the platform, troubleshoot problems, detect abuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability.

Card numbers are tokenised and never stored in our own systems in readable form. For information submitted by a Tasklic customer, retention may be determined by the customer's instructions and agreement with Tasklic.When a customer terminates its account, Tasklic may retain or delete customer data according to the applicable agreement, deletion procedures, backup policies, and legal requirements.
Deleted information may remain temporarily within encrypted or otherwise protected backups until those backups are overwritten or securely deleted according to our backup lifecycle.Backup copies are not ordinarily used for active business purposes except where necessary for restoration, security, legal, or continuity purposes.
